Since 2016, Roy Zwebner serves as the CEO of the Gav-Yam Negev Advanced Technologies Park (aka Cyber Park), developed adjacent to the Ben-Gurion University campus in Be'er-Sheva, Israel. Prior to that, Roy served as the Director General and Director of Marketing of the park between the years 2009-2015. The park officially opened on July 2013 and currently is home to more than 70 leading tech MNCs and start-up companies, all working closely with BGU researchers.
Between 2005 and 2009, Roy founded and served as CEO of the start-up company "TVU", a media and information data-mining company that specialized in the local news industry. TVU served large scale clients from the public and private sectors.
Roy is a graduate of the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Global MBA program of the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) and holds an LL.B in law studies and a B.A in Business studies. He is a certified lawyer by the Israeli Bar Association.
Roy is 38 years old, married and a father to three adorable boys.
